Trainee, Alc. Beverage Inno. Application


As Alcoholic Beverage Innovation Application Intern, you will be part of the global innovation team working on alcoholic drinks.

Under supervision of the Senior Application Manager, you will contribute to the design of new beverage solutions for alcoholic, non-alcoholic wines and wine-based beverages. You will be instrumental in shaping and reviewing our technical capabilities for wine. You will occasionally help and support the team in day-to-day application activities linked to pipeline projects.
Internship as of February 2026 (negotiable).

YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers to scope the range of ingredients usable in wine-based applications and understand the impact on labelling and taste.
  • Perform an exhaustive stability review to create a stability protocol applicable to wine beverages and run standard beverage analysis (Brix, density, % ABV, TA, pH) on a selection of NA and alcoholic wines.
  • Centralize data in databases as well as centralize & spread technical knowledge while gathering technical data related to wine processing, ingredients, wine shelf life, … and generate educational documents (presentation/report) to fuel future technical trainings related to wine application.
  • Develop new wine beverage prototypes
  • Support the Sr Application Manager and Application Technologist in day-to-day application activities (when needed)

YOU BRING

  • Bachelor or Master's (preferred) degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agronomy, Oenology, or related area
  • Strong analytical thinking, rigorous and well organized as well as strong sensory skills in organoleptic and olfactory test
  • Strong knowledge of winemaking and vine-growing processes, oenology and quality control relating to grape production. Knowledge of wine-products marketing and wine organoleptic chemistry are a plus
  • Previous experience in working in a laboratory, QC or in beverage development are a plus
  • Computer proficiency especially in MS pack (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, …)
  • Proficiency in both French and English. Must be able to present and write reports in English
